On behalf of the Canadian Culinary Federation / Fédération Culinaire Canadienne and The Culinary Guild of Windsor, we are happy to announce the 2010 National Convention will take place May 30 to June 4, 2010 at the world-class Caesar’s Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.
CCFCC 2010 will host the largest gathering of culinary professionals in Canada. Our 47th annual gathering will feature top speakers and food celebrities from our continually evolving industry, and as well, an array of international culinary competitions and showcases.
