On behalf of the Canadian Culinary Federation / Fédération Culinaire Canadienne and BC Chefs Association, we are happy to announce the 2011 National Convention will take place June 10th-16th 2011 at Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, BC.
CCFCC 2011 will host the largest gathering of culinary professionals in Canada. Our 48th annual gathering will feature top speakers and food celebrities from our continually evolving industry, and as well, an array of international culinary competitions and showcases.
