Welcome to the CCFCC 2010 website. This website is your information portal to the 47th CCFCC National Convention here in Windsor, ON at Caesar's May 30 to June 4, 2010.

Exciting times are ahead for us as we prepare to host the 47th CCFCC A spectacular array of interesting and current seminars, workshops and top notch speakers will be on hand to help you get more out of your profession, your staff, yourself and your clients.

This year’s convention is Canada’s turn to host the World Junior Culinary Exchange. From South Africa, we will have five junior chefs and their mentors along with five junior chefs and their mentors from the CCFCC. What an exciting program to be hosting. We’ve got special plans for everyone to enjoy the event.

For those interested in competitions, we’ve got those too! The CCFCC National and Junior Chefs Challenge, Pastry Chef of the Year and  Junior Team Canada tryouts.

Looking for that new product for your establishment? We’ve got a superb tradeshow planned as well. Caesar’s boasts the largest convention facility in Ontario, so you know that any tradeshow here is going to be first class.

A great social program is being developed so that networking with your colleagues will be that much more enjoyable and productive.
