Please ensure that you COMPLETE and SUBMIT a CCFCC 2010 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM for each person:

PDF : Download the Registration Form in .pdf; Print the form, Complete one for each registrant; then Mail, or Fax, or Scan & eMail the form (as per the instructions on the form.)
MSWord : Download the Registration Form in MicroSoft Word, you may download the form and fill it in electronically.

All registration and golf fees must be paid on site at the
CCFCC Registration Desk at Caesars Windsor.

All seminars and workshops are available to the Hospitality Industry Employers
and Employees of Windsor-Essex County.
Fee is $15 payable on site.
First come first served basis.

Rooms are available at Caesars Windsor at a special conference rate of $160.00 CDN/night + all applicable taxes. Reservations and rooms charges are the delegate’s responsibility. Rooms must be booked prior to 15 April, 2010 to guarantee the rate. Room reservations can be made online or by calling Caesars Windsor directly 1.800.991.8888 Rates have been made available to our conference delegates for stays 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference.
